When should I change my strings?

• My strings are broken

• Been over a year since the last string change

• Not been strung this year

• For each 1 day you play, you should string your racket that many times per year.
  (For example if you, play 2 times a week, you should string 2 times per year)

Time:

1. Most stringing services are completed within 24 hours after received.

2. We can expedite string service within 24 hours with a $6 expedited stringing fee per racket

3. For store pick up, same day pick up is available upon request.

Delivery Fee:

1. If ordered to be delivered, shipping fee is $15 per order

2. You can combine stringing multiple rackets into 1 order

3. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

How to purchase:

1. Please fill out all fields listed above (desired string type, tension, your racket model)

2. Add to Cart and complete checkout.

3. Write your name, phone number, and order number, on a paper inside, and place racket inside a box,

4. Drop off your racket at our store OR ship your order to us via delivery carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex, etc)
   Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your records

• We do NOT offer any warranty on any restringing services, as strings wear down from usage.

• Player use has a chance of breaking any string, however new they may be.

• We are NOT responsible for any damage or shipping mishaps that might occur while your racket is on its way to us

• We highly recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking and adding insurance.

• We do NOT re-string rackets with signs of damage to the frame or rackets

• If you choose to bring your own string, Joy Badminton will not be liable if they break during service.

• If you request your racket to be strung outside of tension range recommended by the manufacturer, Joy Badminton will NOT be responsible or liable for any damage caused to the racket during service.

• We reserve the right to reject any racket, at any time.
  If payment has been taken before the racket is rejected, you will be given a refund.
