Orders shipped outside the USA will be sent an invoice for shipping fee payment after placing the order.
If you refuse the shipping cost, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders with custom string service typically add 1 day to processing time of your order.

Orders shipped in the USA typically take 3-5 business days.

Orders $400 USD or more automatically come with Signature Request. An adult 18 years old or older with a valid government ID must be present to receive the package.
