USA
FREE shipping is offered for USA orders over $150 USD in the contiguous/mainland US.
Orders under $150 USD will be charged for a flat rate of $15 in the contiguous United States(excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are usually $15 for orders $150+, and $30 under $150, but may be subject to change. We reserve the right to request additional shipping fee as shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is higher due to air freight.
In very rare cases, Joy Badminton reserves the right to inquire you for additional payment in the case of excessive shipping costs(very unlikely).
OUTSIDE THE USA
Orders shipped outside the USA will be sent an invoice for shipping fee payment after placing the order.
If you refuse the shipping cost, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS, AND FREE GIFTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR NON-USA ORDERS due to high international shipping costs.
Joy Badminton reserves the right to request additional shipping payment in case of excessive shipping costs (very unlikely).
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These must be paid by the customer directly to the responsible government agency.

SOUTH KOREA
FREE shipping is offered for South Korea orders over $150 USD. South Korea orders under $100.00USD will be charged a flat rate of $15.
South Korea has a 10% VAT(Value Added Tax) for imported products. These taxes will be paid by the customer directly to the responsible government organization.
In very rare cases, Joy Badminton reserves the right to inquire you for additional payment in the case of excessive shipping costs(very unlikely).
TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Your country may charge taxes and duties such as VAT on international orders.
These taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS
International customers are responsible for providing return shipment for their products. JoyBadminton.com does NOT take responsibility for return shipments on orders shipped outside the USA.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately. If you incorrectly enter any information on your shipping address and your order has been shipped out, you are responsible for any fees charged by carriers for an address change.
Joy Badminton is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address or any lost package if the address is not entered correctly.
We process and dispatch all orders 5 days a week excluding national holiday and weekends. If order is placed on weekends, it will be processed in following working day. A tracking number will be assigned to each shipment and made available to the customer.
We normally ship package with a "waiver of signature" option. Waiver of signature is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carrier's discretion without obtaining the recipient's signature. If you need it to be delivered with signature requirement, please let us know by email or phone before shipment.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in South El Monte, CA (East Los Angeles Area).
The delivery time varies. It will normally takes 2-5 working days depending on your regions. For expedited shipping options, please contact us at help@joybadminton.com when placing an order.
