👆 1.If you purchased the Wrong Size (Exchange)

There is 15% restocking fee for returns. If you place a new order to exchange size before submitting your return, we waive the restocking fee(return must be in brand New condition), with original tags and packaging. For exchange, please submit a return and place a new order for replacement. Please place a new order so you receive the correct size as soon as possible. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

👆 3.Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless defective or damaged.

👆 4.Rackets 

There is a 15% restocking fee for all racquet returns. If your racquet was custom strung by Joy Badminton, the string installation fee will not be refunded or you may be subject to a restocking fee. If your racket is used or damaged you may be subject to restocking fee in excess of 15% depending on the condition of your return. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

👆 5.Shuttlecocks 

There is a 15% restocking fee for all racquet returns. Opened, used, or damaged tubes of shuttlecocks cannot be returned. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

👆 6.Shoes

There is a 15% stocking fee for the return of any shoes. Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. If you order a new pair of shoes BEFORE returning the original pair, and your return is in brand new condition, Joy Badminton will waive the restocking fee. Used shoes may be charged a restocking fee in excess of 15%. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

👆 7.Clearance or Close-out items 

All sale / clearance / lightning deal items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.

👆 8.Product Defect Claims

👆 9.Terms & Conditions 

Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable for all orders.
Please note that there is a 3% order cancellation fee. This is used to reimburse credit card processing fee.
Please kindly take note especially for orders $500 or more.
Joy Badminton offers a 30-day conditional return policy for all of its products.
Any "unused" products may be returned, but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (depending on condition of return), less shipping charges, within 30 days of the order completion date.
If your product is damaged, or have the tags removed, or fail to meet our standards for a new product return, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

👆 10.Custom String Service

Joy does NOT offer a warranty on string service/replacement. After the product has been received, the condition / performance of strings are the responsibility of the racket's owner / person received. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse replacement on any strings after customer delivery. If you purchased a racket with custom string service completed by Joy Badminton, in the case of return, you will not be refunded for the string service fee paid.

👆 11.All other items 

There is a 15% restocking fee for all other items. Products must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers intact. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge in excess of 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

👆 12.Can I return customized order? 

If racket was requested to be strung by Joy Badminton, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. If an item is determined defective, it can be exchanged or returned for a replacement item or a refund. Please contact shipping carrier directly if there is an issue with tracking delays, damage packaging, or missing item. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. 👆 13.International Returns

Customers outside the USA are responsible for providing return shipment for their products. JoyBadminton.com does NOT take responsibility for return shipments on orders shipped outside the USA. 

International Orders do NOT qualify for shipping cost refund.

International shipping cost paid is FINAL;
