How to reset my password?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. Under the login box, you will see a link that says "forgot your password?" Click here. That link will send an email to you with your password.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Joy Badminton accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Alternatively, you may use Google Checkout ,Paypal or Apple Pay to make your payment. We do not accept COD order, cash, or personal checks. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax is determined locally on a state by state basis. Some states may charge sales tax and some may not. Sales tax may be charged in certain states where regulations oblige us to charge sales tax. This regulation is known as "nexus" and application of sales tax differs from state to state.

When my order will be shipped?
We process and dispatch all orders 5 days a week excluding national holiday and weekends. If order is placed on weekends, it will be processed in following working day. We normally ship package with a "waiver of signature" option. Waiver of signature is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carrier's discretion without obtaining the recipient's signature. If you need it to be delivered with signature requirement, please let us know by email or phone before shipment.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $100.00USD will have free shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged for a flat rate of $15 to anywhere in the United States.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in South El Monte, CA (East Los Angeles Area).
How long it will take to receive my order?
