We currently do Not have an exchange program. You would need to return the original order, and place a New order for replacement.
Returns are typically processed in the form of a refund back to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive email confirmation of your refund. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process.

Rackets are NOT eligible return. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

There is a 5% restocking fee for all racquet returns. Opened, used, or damaged tubes of shuttlecocks cannot be returned. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

There is a 5% stocking fee for the return of any shoes. Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Used shoes may be charged a restocking fee in excess of 5%. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

All sale / clearance / lightning deal items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.

Damage / Defective product claims must be made within 24 hours of date of delivery. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery will result in DENIAL of damage / defect claim.

Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable for all orders.
Please note that there is a 3% order cancellation fee. This is used to reimburse credit card processing fee.
Please kindly take note especially for orders $500 or more. Joy Badminton offers a 30-day conditional return policy for all of its products.
Any "unused" products may be returned, but may be subject to a 5% restocking fee (depending on condition of return), less shipping charges, within 30 days of the order completion date.
If your product is damaged, or have the tags removed, or fail to meet our standards for a new product return, you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Joy does NOT offer a warranty on string service/replacement. After the product has been received, the condition / performance of strings are the responsibility of the racket's owner / person received. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse replacement on any strings after customer delivery. If you purchased a racket with custom string service completed by Joy Badminton, in the case of return, you will not be refunded for the string service fee paid.

There is a 5% restocking fee for all other items. Products must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers intact. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge in excess of 5% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any return.

If racket was requested to be strung by Joy Badminton, it is considered a customized racket and is Not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and Not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. If an item is determined defective, it can be exchanged or returned for a replacement item or a refund. Please contact shipping carrier directly if there is an issue with tracking delays, damage packaging, or missing item. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers outside the USA are responsible for providing return shipment for their products. JoyBadminton.com does not provide refunds for shipping fee. Joy Badminton does NOT take responsibility for return shipments on orders shipped outside the USA.

String machines, court accessories, or court items (including net posts, and other related items) are not eligible for return. Once delivered. If the order is cancelled before delivery there is a 3% card processing fee.

Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or return. Joy Badminton reserves the right to charge an additional 3% of the total order value for orders $500 or more. This is paid for card processing fees.
