TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Your country may charge taxes and duties such as VAT on international orders.
These taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS
International customers are responsible for providing return shipment for their products. JoyBadminton.com does NOT take responsibility for return shipments on orders shipped outside the USA.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately. If you incorrectly enter any information on your shipping address and your order has been shipped out, you are responsible for any fees charged by carriers for an address change.
Joy Badminton is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address or any lost package if the address is not entered correctly.
We process and dispatch all orders 5 days a week excluding national holiday and weekends. If order is placed on weekends, it will be processed in following working day. A tracking number will be assigned to each shipment and made available to the customer.
We normally ship package with a "waiver of signature" option. Waiver of signature is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carrier's discretion without obtaining the recipient's signature. If you need it to be delivered with signature requirement, please let us know by email or phone before shipment.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in South El Monte, CA (East Los Angeles Area).
The delivery time varies. It will normally takes 2-5 working days depending on your regions. For expedited shipping options, please contact us at help@joybadminton.com when placing an order.
