Custom String Racket

If your order contains a custom string racket,

it will be shipped in 1-2 days after the order is placed.

Preorder

If your order contains the word "Pre-order", then the product you ordered is NOT in stock. It will ship out when the product arrives from the manufacturer.The arrival date of the product can be found here: Preorder (joybadminton.com) or it may be written on the product page.

All other orders are shipped next business day.

Most orders in the USA arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

If you are in the West Coast of the USA, your order arrives in 1-3 business days.

International orders (placed outside USA) take 5-10 business days (string service is an additional 1-2 days on top of this).
