RETURN POLICY

Joy Badminton offers a 30-day conditional return policy for all of its products. Any "unused" products may be returned, subject to a 15% restocking fee, less shipping charges, within 30 days of the order completion date. 

What is return procedure?

For all returns, please email yonexmart@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless defective or damaged.

All Returns/Exchange must also have the order number or a return authorization code written on the outside of the shipping box.

Can I return unwraped package?

Rackets Manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include original cover. If racket was requested to be strung by Joy Badminton, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage

Shuttlecocks Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

Shoes - Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

Clearance or Close-out items - All clearance or close-out items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.

All other items must remain in new condition, with original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers intact. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

Can I return customized order?

If racket was requested to be strung by Joy Badminton, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. 

If an item is determined defective, it can be exchanged or returned for a replacement item or a refund. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
