2. Ship Your Product

Ship your product back to our return department in El Monte, California. (See #2 below)

3. Inspect & Refund

If your return meets our requirements, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Once you receive the email, the bank typically processes refund in 3-5 business days.

👆 1.If you ordered the wrong size product 

Submit a return and place a new order so you receive the correct size as soon as possible.

👆 2.What is the return address?

Please write "Return", your Name, Phone Number, and Order # on a paper inside the package. We recommend USPS for returns, as it tends to be cheaper for most customers.

👆 3.Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless defective or damaged.

👆 4.Rackets 

Manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include original cover. If racket was requested to be strung by Joy Badminton, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. Rackets that are strung are considered "custom tailored" products, and orders for rackets cannot be cancelled once the racket is custom strung.

👆 5.Shuttlecocks 

Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

👆 6.Shoes

Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

👆 7.Clearance or Close-out items 

All clearance or close-out items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.

👆 8.Product Defect Claims

Damage / Defective product claims must be made within 24 hours of date of delivery. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery will result in DENIAL of damage / defect claim.

👆 9.Terms & Conditions 

Joy Badminton offers a 30-day conditional return policy for all of its products. Any "unused" products may be returned, but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (depending on condition of return), less shipping charges, within 30 days of the order completion date.
If your product is damaged, or have the tags removed, or fail to meet our standards for a new product return, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

👆 10.Custom String Service

Joy does NOT offer a warranty on string service/replacement. After the product has been received, the condition / performance of strings are the responsibility of the racket's owner / person received. Joy Badminton reserves the right to refuse replacement on any strings after customer delivery.

👆 11.All other items 

must remain in new condition, with original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers intact. Once received, Joy Badminton may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

👆 12.Can I return customized order? 

If racket was requested to be strung by Joy Badminton, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. If an item is determined defective, it can be exchanged or returned for a replacement item or a refund. Please contact shipping carrier directly if there is an issue with tracking delays, damage packaging, or missing item. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. 👆 13.International Returns

Customers outside the USA are responsible for providing return shipment for their products. JoyBadminton.com does NOT take responsibility for return shipments on orders shipped outside the USA. 

International Orders do NOT qualify for shipping cost refund.

International shipping cost paid is FINAL
